“I've been a resident of the Logan for 5+ months and I'm extremely happy with the new management. It was a very rocky start but the property manager did everything possible to rectify the issues as quickly as possible and to make sure that I was fully satisfied with the resolutions. I'm a disabled senior woman with a service dog, living alone for the first time in 40+ years and I am so pleased with the accommodations of my 1 bedroom apartment, handicapped accessible parking and accessibility to the properties amenities. I like the quiet and safe surroundings as well as the accommodations for my service dog. Whenever I have maintenance issues the maintenance team quickly respond, to address the issue, they are so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The assistant manager Tiffany, goes above her duties and checks on me regularly knowing my disabilities and taking a personal interest in me not just as a resident but as a person. In this day and time it is very rare to be a recipient of this type of care from any type of business relationship. Recently, the Logan has instituted a liaison program, filled by (Sarah) who serves as a liaison between the residents and the property management company. Whenever I have an issue of any kind she follows up after the issue is resolved to ensure that I'm thoroughly satisfied with the resolution of the issue, and this is a very successful experience for the residents and to promote goodwill and open dialog. “I’ve lived here for a little while now and can honestly say that this has been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. A friend of mine lived here years ago and when I was in the market for a new place, I immediately knew this was where I wanted to be. We’ve transferred to a new unit a couple times (shout out to American Landmark for that option being available✨) since moving here and our most recent transfer was so pain free! We’ve usually planned 2-3 months out for a transfer but due to an emergency situation we needed to get it done in under two weeks. Tiffany and Laurie were INCREDIBLE!!! They made it happen in a WEEK and it worked out so well! Got the exact unit I wanted, price was perfect and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of so that we could focus on everything else. I’ve worked with a lot of the staff here but those two are literally heaven sent. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!”
